Now we are looking for a Project Coordinator/Estimator to join the team!The purpose of the Estimator/Project Coordinator role will report to the Project Manager and support the Project Manager to ensure communication on a project and complete the projects with outstanding quality, and safety on each and every jobsite.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in preparing budgets and construction schedules, setting up project administration files; With directionfromthe Project Managers and the Senior Management team, initiating and maintaining correspondence with owner, architect, engineers, sub-trades and suppliers, project employees and foremen; Gain an understanding of how to select suppliers and sub-trades and obtaining quotes; Assist with and/orclarifying scope of work with sub-trades and suppliers, and K.I.B. foremen and work force; Develop successfulrelationships with current and prospective clients and consultants; Ensuring thereis acontinuous focus on safety in accordance with regulatory requirements as well as our company health and safety policy; Attending sitemeetings and assisting in the completion of project deficiencies and prepare and maintain various reports and records; Assist and preparedetailed cost estimates for projects, quotes, and tender; Monitor and coordinate daily activities with the client, contractors, foremen, project employees, other consultants, and the approving authority; Manage all aspectsof projects and implement contract documents; Assist with initial mobilization and set up of the construction site; Ensure the efficient use of labor, machines, and materials used by the crew; Take an activerolein the selection, training, assignment and supervision of project staff,



including monitoring performance, providing feedback and taking corrective action; Perform periodic field inspections of projects both prior to and during construction to determine compliance with approved plans and regulations at the request of inspectors; Read, interpret, and understand construction drawings and specifications, the city codes and ordinances regarding building codes, permit issuance, and permit fees; Other duties as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, architecture or related field; Minimum 2 years ofworking experience as a project coordinator in construction industry; Skilled in readingconstruction documents, understanding construction scopes and specifications, and exterior restoration; Ability to multi‑task between multiple projects; Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships; Excellent communication, interpersonal, business management skills and negotiation skills; Solid organizational, time management, and problem solving skills; Detail-oriented and results driven; Must be initiative-taking with a desire to always improve both personally and professionally; Ability to work aspart of a team; Must have a valid G level driver's license; Able to lift 50 lbs.What’s in it for youEmployer sponsored Deferred Profit Sharing Plan; Company provided vehicle and phone; Application deadline is on or beforeFriday, April 17, 2026.No faxes or phone calls please.
