The brand sells outerwear, base layers, sportswear, footwear, and workwear in over 40 countries.Job PostingPosition Summary: The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of an assigned retail store, driving sales performance, customer experience, team engagement, expense management, and day‑to‑day operations. The Store Manager leads the sales floor, communicates expectations around customer experience, ensures consistent execution of store standards and policies, and coaches the team to achieve goals.Primary work location: 13850 Steeles Ave, Unit 927, Halton Hills, ON L7G 0J1VacancyThis position is for an existing vacancy.ResponsibilitiesBrand Experience / Customer ServiceEnsure store sales performance by creating a customer‑first, sales‑focused culture while modeling selling behaviors, and coaching team members to ensure the in‑store experience aligns with company guidelines.Communicate priorities and expectations, helping the team understand how selling impacts store and brand success.Engage customers through open‑ended questions, active listening, and personalized product suggestions that reflect individual needs.Review trends, customer feedback, and in‑store observation to improve and adjust selling strategies.Support loyalty performance by setting and communicating clear expectations, tracking results, and coaching the team to achieve goals.Visual, Operation, and SafetyEnsure all visual merchandising standards are consistently met, keeping the store clean, organized, and well stocked, and adapt visual merchandising as needed to support sales and product storytelling.Lead daily store operations including opening and closing, point‑of‑sale integrity, freight processing, loss prevention,

Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, work experience, and market demands.
