Embedded Service Technician - Halifax Airport Carry out repairs to faulty security systems Follow up on service calls in order of priority according to importance; Carry out repairs to defective systems assigned to him according to company norms and standards; Ensure that the correct recommendations for use are passed on to customers Ensure follow-up of customer service according to company policies and procedures; Transmit usage recommendations to customers; Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures; Ensure follow-up of customer service Provide the best service to the customer in compliance with company policies and procedures; Produce a report on service calls made; Experience in both Access Control and CCTV systems; Bonus if certified C-Cure9000 and Milestone. Triple bonus if you also have BriefCam certification. May be asked to repair door hardware / operators. Will be asked to go through the RAIC process to get access to the restricted areas of the airport. Will work with IT staff to plan and execute system upgrades.
