OverviewSenior Estimator / Chief Estimator – ICI ConstructionLocation:Woodbridge / GTA, ONSalary:$130K–$180K+, depending on experienceJob Type:Full time, PermanentI am working with an established ICI general contractor that is looking to add a Senior Estimator or Chief Estimator to their team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed estimates for ICI construction projects.Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents.Solicit, review, and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing.Prepare tender submissions, budgets, scope sheets, clarifications, and closing documentation.Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and pre-construction planning.For Chief Estimator-level candidates, lead bid strategy, oversee estimating processes,



and mentor team members.QualificationsExperience estimating ICI construction projects with a general contractor.Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, scopes of work, tendering, and subcontractor pricing.Experience with institutional, healthcare, commercial, industrial, public-sector, dealership, renovation, or fit-out projects.Ability to prepare estimates from conceptual budgeting through tender close.Leadership experience would be considered an asset for Chief Estimator-level candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
