The Staff Supervisor must be available by emergency cell phone between 6:30 a.M. and 6:30 p.M. and may be required to step into program operations when needed.This position is not eligible for the BGC Saskatoon employee advantages program.ResponsibilitiesLead and support Program Leaders and volunteers in delivering safe, inclusive, high-quality programsSupport program planning, delivery, and evaluation aligned with BGC Saskatoon standardsMonitor program quality, provide staff support, and ensure policy and safety complianceCollaborate on initiatives that enhance participant experiences and positive environmentsBuild relationships with schools, families, community partners, and internal teamsAssist with scheduling, reporting, payroll support, supplies,



and special programsQualificationsMinimum one year of experience working with children/youth in a leadership, supervisory, or program coordination roleStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently & manage prioritiesHIGH FIVE PHCD, or willingness to obtain upon hireValid CPR/First AidSuccessful Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector CheckRegular travel between program locations is required. Applicants must have a valid SK Class 5 license, reliable vehicle, and maintain proof of license and insurance.
