PSA and Encircle.Perform site inspections to assess property and determine requirements to mitigate damage.Provide direction and work in a consultative manner with Restoration Technicians and Sub-Trades to determine the appropriate course of action.Scope and estimate using in-house estimating software (Xactimate) and coordinate losses in a timely fashion ensuring key performance indicators (KPI's) are met.Maintain strong written and verbal communication with clients, insurers, adjusters, subcontractors, homeowners etc. throughout the job.Report job progress, monitor job costs and focus on meeting gross margin expectations.Collaborate with Scheduling Department to create a budget for all rebuild projects and ensure that various costs are controlled.Communicate project completion timelines with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors and sub-trades.Responsible for acquiring new business and striving to meet company Sales objectives.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years experience using XactAnalysis and Xactimate (preferred).Minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Manager position in the restoration industry.Knowledge of construction best practices.Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving successful projects that contribute to our organization's growth and success.#J-18808-Ljbffr
