These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.How You'll Perform the RoleMove material safely and on a timely basis within facility and inside or outside of trailersDeliver materials to designated / marked locations including dumping stationsEnsure timely and uninterrupted supply of material for production, recycle bins, and packing to designated machinesConduct trailer inspections (trailer inspection checklist) prior to loading and unloadingConduct external trailer inspection prior to loading finished goods trailersOperate Automatic shrink-wrapping machine to wrap finished goods/RollsOperate grinder for grinding the scrap and remove the flakesOperate the flakes collection system in timely and safe mannerRemove all waste material and store/dump to designated locationsOperate shrink wrapping machine to wrap finished goodsEnsure that material storage areas are kept organized and cleanVisually check all material being moved and remove any contaminationEnsure that all skids /rolls are complying with the customer packaging specifications.Move all non-confirming quality rolls to the Lab staging area, and relocate them based on QC testing outcomeAssist during the web breaks and startup of extrusion linesCorrectly recognize different types of type of materials (clear OPS, color OPS, natural and freezer grade, HIPS, PET, PP, PVC etc.)
