In this permanent position with the Assessment & Tax Department, you will utilize advanced appraisal methodologies to assess non-residential properties and develop valuation models. Your work will ensure compliance with legislative requirements while facilitating effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and prepare valuation models for non-residential properties
• Carry out inspections and assessments across the portfolio
• Engage and communicate with property owners effectively




• Support various assessment reviews and special projects
• Ensure adherence to provincial compliance standards
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in a related field is essential
• AMAA designation is required for eligibility
• At least 5 years of assessment experience preferred
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills are necessary
• Class 5 driver's license necessary for travel
