Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the President and CEO will provide enterprise-wide leadership across MFI and will be both a steward of MFI's core identity and a catalyst for future-facing change. The President and CEO will be responsible for advancing the Company's strategic vision while balancing growth,



underwriting discipline, financial performance, member value, organizational capability, and long-term sustainability. Working closely with the Board, brokers and MGA/MGU, regulators, reinsurers, employees, and policyholders, the President and CEO will guide MFI through increasing scale and complexity while positioning the organization to capitalize on opportunities in new markets, products, technology, and partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a highly respected insurance executive with significant property and casualty experience and a demonstrated ability to lead growth, transformation, and organizational performance in a regulated environment. They will combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational discipline with humility, integrity, and a genuine appreciation for people and culture. Equally comfortable in the Boardroom and in front of brokers and MGA/MGUs, employees, regulators, and community stakeholders, the successful candidate will be capable of preserving the organization's mutual values while helping shape its future.

In accordance with BC's Pay Transparency Act, the expected base salary range for this role is $385,000-$425,000 plus bonus and benefits but may vary based on the successful candidate.
