Role Summary We are seeking a Small Projects Electrical Supervisor to oversee smaller electrical projects. This position will be responsible for scoping work, coordinating field crews and materials, completing small project estimates, and ensuring accurate daily time and material tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Visit job sites toscope and assess electrical work

Review drawings, specifications, site conditions, and customer requirements.

Preparesmall project estimates

Coordinate and supervise electricians and electrical apprentices working on small projects.

Plan daily work activities and ensure crews have the information, materials, tools, and equipment required.

Communicate with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and other trades as required.

Monitor project progress

Complete and reviewdaily time tickets, ensuring labour hours are accurately recorded

Ensure work is completed in accordance with applicable electrical codes, company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Maintain clear communication with management regarding project status, labour requirements, costs, and potential issues.





Qualifications / Requirements

Certified JourneymanElectrician

Previous experience supervising electrical crews or small projects preferred but not required

Minimum 5 years industrial project experience

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Experience withjob scoping, estimating, and material takeoffs

Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices

Valid safety certifications required: CSO, H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, AWP, WHMIS 2015

Job Details

Hourly Rate: $48.00/hr

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Modified Shift Rotation: could vary from 15/13, 14/14 or 14/7
