You will report to the Senior Officer, Student Programs & Services, focusing on high-level support for the Undergraduate Student Services office. This role involves overseeing course and program approval processes, managing academic standing and appeals, and supporting various academic committees with their essential functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the approval process for academic course changes
• Manage the academic standing and appeals systems
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to key committees




• Engage in policy development and special projects
• Collaborate on initiatives within Undergraduate Student Services
Requirements:
• Proven experience in higher education governance
• Strong familiarity with academic processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Experience working with academic committees
