This position is intended to support multiple IEM manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable to build a department that has primary point of contact (POCs) and subject matter experts (SMEs) for all Low Voltage Power Distribution products.Actively grow the team by hiring and onboarding new staff while also upskilling, training, and providing guidance for existing personnel.Collaborate with other IEM departments including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, etc. to ensure Technical Product Management activities are aligned with the overall IEM strategy.Provide direction for team alignment on product strategy for the determination of low voltage product offers.Align Technical Product Management resources’ capacity with prioritized assignments.Ensure collaboration of Technical Product Management team with vendors for product maintenance activities including product obsolescence, redesign,
