The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to determine service needs.Prepare accurate estimates and repair orders.Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle condition.Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, ensuring timely and regular updates.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history,
