Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
• Conduct assessments on changes and their business implications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve transaction processes




• Assist in Workday upgrades and configuration assessments
• Analyze and resolve ServiceNow issues at root cause
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years Workday configuration experience
• Proven skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Advanced Excel expertise for large dataset management
• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation
