Position overview
Lead diagnosis and repair of residential and commercial roofs for Lakeview Roof Service, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer care.
Handle leak calls, small replacements, and warranty work from first inspection through completion and documentation.

Key responsibilities
Inspect roofs, identify deficiencies, and recommend repair or replacement options.
Perform advanced repairs on shingle, metal, and flat roofing systems (SBS/torch‑on, TPO/PVC/EPDM, BUR), including flashings, penetrations, and drainage details.
Coordinate with homeowners, property managers, and the office to schedule work and explain findings in explicit language.
Lead and mentor service helpers/technicians on site, ensuring proper use of fall protection and safe work practices.
Complete job paperwork: work orders, photos, material counts, and time sheets for each service call.

Experience and qualifications
5+ years’ roofing experience with strong background in all major roof systems and leak troubleshooting.




Proven ability to run small service crews independently and deliver high‑quality workmanship.
Good communication skills, self motivated, professional attitude with customers, and reliability in representing Lakeview Roof Service on site.
Valid driver’s license and comfort working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
