Duties
Review and verify workplace documents for accuracy and completeness before signing
Conduct research using tools like LexisNexis to validate information and ensure compliance with legal standards
Negotiate terms or clarifications with relevant parties to facilitate smooth signing processes
Draft or revise legal notices, memos, or related documentation with precision and clarity
Coordinate with internal teams to schedule signing appointments and confirm document readiness
Maintain detailed records of signed documents, including timestamps and involved parties




Ensure all signing procedures adhere to company policies and legal requirements

Requirements
Proven research skills, with experience using legal research tools such as LexisNexis or similar platforms
Solid writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate legal or official documents
Excellent negotiation abilities to resolve discrepancies or clarify terms effectively
Familiarity with legal drafting principles and document review processes
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines
Prior experience in legal support, document management, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory
