Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sorting / Material Handler to join our night shift team. This vital role involves efficiently managing warehouse distribution processes, operating heavy equipment such as Combilift forklifts, and ensuring accurate order picking and load/unload activities.

Responsibilities
Sort, organize and stage aluminum materials for production
Identify materials according to work orders and production requirements
Safely move materials throughout the plant
Operate a Combilift / multidirectional forklift
Load, unload and relocate aluminum materials
Ensure materials are stored safely and correctly
Support production and shipping activities
Inspect materials for damage or incorrect identification
Maintain an organized and secure work area
Follow all forklift, material handling and health and safety procedures

Skills




Valid Combilift / multidirectional forklift operator training certificate
Previous Combilift operating experience preferred
Experience with Combilift CB6000 is a solid asset
Previous manufacturing, warehouse or material-handling experience
Ability to safely handle long and heavy aluminum materials
Strong attention to safety and organization
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be available for permanent night shift
