About the Role

We are currently seeking Senior Credit Analysts to support a leading global technology organization in Waterloo, Ontario.

The Senior Credit Analyst will play an significant role in assessing business credit risk, analyzing customer financial information, supporting credit-granting decisions, and helping optimize cash collection while minimizing bad-debt exposure.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer financial statements and assess creditworthiness and financial risk.
Monitor account performance and identify potential credit concerns.
Make informed business/B2B credit-granting recommendations and decisions.
Review and process customer credit requests and payment-term requests.
Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve credit-related matters and provide alternative recommendations.
Ensure credit decisions comply with established policies and service-level expectations.




Support acquisition integrations and strategic credit-risk initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement in credit-granting, risk-management, and collections processes.
Maintain accurate documentation related to credit assessments and decisions.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B/business credit experience.
Recent hands-on experience analyzing financial statements.
Strong business credit-granting and credit-risk assessment experience.
Robust financial analysis and credit evaluation skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience within a global software, technology, or high-tech organization.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
CCP or accounting designation is an asset.
Change-management or process-improvement experience.
Bilingual proficiency is an asset.
