Job Overview

Responsible for maintaining order and ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and event participants by managing crowd movement, monitoring access points, and assisting with event operations. Provide excellent customer service while helping create a protected and enjoyable event experience.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage crowd flow at entrances, exits, and event areas.
Direct guests and provide information regarding event facilities and procedures.
Assist with queue management and crowd control during busy periods.
Monitor for safety concerns, disturbances, or suspicious activities.
Respond to incidents and emergencies according to established procedures.
Enforce event rules, policies, and venue regulations.
Coordinate with event staff, security personnel, and emergency services when necessary.
Assist with evacuation procedures during emergencies.
Prepare incident reports and document any significant occurrences.
Maintain a professional and approachable presence throughout the event.

Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience in crowd management, security, or customer service is an asset.

Qualifications
Valid Security Guard Licence.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Good observation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
