CMHA Peel Dufferin Branch seeks a Relief Outreach Worker to support our outreach team in Brampton. This in office role uses Housing First principles to connect unsheltered or at-risk individuals with housing and wraparound supports.

You will build relationships, conduct intake assessments, collaborate with Region of Peel Housing Stability Workers, and maintain records while promoting recovery and client empowerment.
