What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule vehicle service appointments
Communicate with customers to ensure top-notch service experiences
Support the service team in follow-ups, reminders, and promotions
Maintain accurate records and help keep the service department organized

What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational abilities
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in automotive service or BDC is a plus, but not required
