Duties
Handle calls, emails, texts and customer inquires about repair services
Explain repair recommendations clearly, providing detailed descriptions of necessary work and available options
Coordinate with location manager and technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Recommend additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle longevity and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage all related cash handling responsibilities
Maintain detailed service records, update customer files, and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete




Build strong relationships with our fleet clients

Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive service background is required
Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive repair processes and technical terminology
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Solid background with automotive parts and parts ordering is an asset
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role or work environment
Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts staff, and management to deliver outstanding service
