Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional hospitality and customer service in a quick-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently while ensuring accuracy in orders.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and service.
Assist with training recent staff members as needed to uphold service standards.

Skills
Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
Solid multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
