Relief Support Worker - Elves Adult Program The Elves Adult Program is a community access day program serving approximately 90 adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking supportive and dependable Relief Support Workers to join our team on a casual/on-call basis.

Key Responsibilities
Support permanent staff in the development and implementation of meaningful, individualized programs and activities.
Assist program participants with various aspects of daily living, including personal care, as required.
Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace by demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Work collaboratively within a team-based model to ensure high-quality support and services.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma (Grade 12) required.
A minimum of one year of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities is considered an asset.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to diverse needs and work in a agile environment.
A commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centered support.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
