Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through product selections, demonstrating solutions, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Your energy and communication skills will help drive sales and foster lasting customer relationships.

Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable roofing and exterior products
Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and advantages to encourage purchases
Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability




Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone or in person with skilled phone etiquette
Supervise junior team members when needed, offering guidance on sales techniques and customer interactions
Commissions

Skills
Proven retail sales experience with strong communication skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations
Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly
Supervising experience is preferred for team leadership responsibilities
Knowledge of grocery store or retail environments is advantageous
Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory management tasks
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
