Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and service equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed,
supporting kitchen staff during busy periods
Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards in the food industry
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Ability to work versatile schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prior experience in hospitality or serving roles is highly desirable but not mandatory
