Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
Demonstrate footwear features highlighting key benefits to customers
Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales opportunities
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products and visually appealing
Assist with stock replenishment to support store operations
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks, manage time efficiently, and uphold store standards





Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities are essential for success
Ability to perform cashiering duties with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math proficiency
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, and retail operations is advantageous
