Experienced Server (Part-Time / Full time)

we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team in Downtown Vancouver.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience( preferred )
Fluent English is required
Bilingual (English & Persian/Farsi) is strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Quick learner with the ability to quickly learn our menu and POS system
Ability to confidently explain menu items and make recommendations to guests
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid Serving It Right certificate

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service from start to finish
Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately




Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently answer guests’ questions
Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Work closely with the kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Handle payments accurately and efficiently
Help create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest
