Responsibilities
Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and other heavy machinery
Perform order picking with precision to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and update records in real-time
Conduct shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing goods against documentation
Utilize construction experience and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
Ensure safe handling of heavy lifting tasks while adhering to safety protocols




Assist with inventory management, including stock organization, cycle counts, and load balancing

Requirements
Prior warehouse experience with a solid understanding of warehouse distribution processes
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Experience with order picker machines, forklifts, cranes, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace
Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and best practices
Construction or industrial experience is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
