Key Responsibilities:
Execute maintenance tasks across multiple trade areas
Ensure all plumbing and HVAC systems are maintained
Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot building systems
Oversee projects from assessment to cleanup
Provide timely documentation of work performed

Requirements:
Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent preferred
At least 3 years of maintenance experience in real estate
Property management certificate an asset
Background in residential and office repairs required
Must possess a valid class 5 Driver's License
