Sales Associate – Full-Time (Base + Commission)

We are a locally owned furniture store seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team immediately. If you enjoy helping people create beautiful spaces and thrive in a sales-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience from start to finish
Build relationships with customers and understand their needs
Drive sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
Actively promote the store through proactive outreach and creative advertising efforts
Contribute to increasing overall store sales and revenue
Collaborate with a small, supportive team
Work across both our North Side and South Side locations

What We’re Looking For:
Previous sales experience preferred (retail or furniture is an asset)




Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for service
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn — we are happy to train the right candidate
