Rogers’ Chocolates is seeking a full-time Senior Retail Associate at our Government Street location. Our company culture is fun loving and friendly, so we seek a like-minded individual with a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

In addition, we are looking for someone who is reliable, confident, organized, and comfortable taking initiative. This person should have previous retail experience and be someone our management team can trust to handle the day-to-day responsibilities of the store.

This position is paid hourly and includes company discounts.

Duties
Sell and promote Rogers’ Chocolates in our downtown location!
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company Policies & Procedures and established Best Practices.
Provides efficient,



accurate service at counter.
Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Work well in a team workplace, create energy and excitement around shared goals and values, contribute to an environment of trust and respect, act with urgency and integrity, demonstrate flexibility and HAVE FUN!

Qualifications
Must have previous retail experience.
Solid command of point of sale systems an asset.
Ability to work with limited direction.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time.
Have flexible availability (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
A commitment to exceeding quality standards and a love of chocolate!
