What You'll Do

As a Sandwich Artist®, you will:
Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude.
Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items quickly and accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service and create a great guest experience.
Explain menu items, promotions, and make recommendations to guests.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and accurately process cash, debit, and credit transactions.
Complete cash handling procedures and balance your till during your shift.
Maintain stocked food preparation areas throughout the day.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, dining room, equipment, and washrooms.
Follow the Subway® Wash, Rinse, Sanitize cleaning procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
Complete required University of Subway® online training courses.
Assist with opening, closing, and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications
Some high school education or equivalent.
Previous customer service or restaurant experience is an asset, but no experience is required—we provide full training!
