As a Part time Retail Associate at our Desboro location, you play a vital role in customer satisfaction and are the face of the company while assisting the community with their product needs. This position is ideal for individuals with an agricultural background or a robust interest in learning about agricultural retail.

Work Location: In person
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries related to agricultural supplies
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the warehouse area
Load customer vehicles with products when required




Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
Support the warehouse where required with receiving and moving product, counting inventory, and any other ad hoc tasks

Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or warehouse work is preferred.
Strong cash handling skills and experience with cashiering duties
Ability to lift 25kgs (55lb) feed bags where necessary
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
A background in agriculture or familiarity with livestock is an asset
Some Saturdays required

Experience
Agriculture: 1 year preferred)
