Responsibilities
Assist with construction, renovation, and repair tasks across multiple sites
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and project managers
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Support team members in material handling, loading, and unloading supplies
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations




Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning

Skills
Proven ability to work physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance processes is preferred but not required
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, or machinery is a plus
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are desirable for site access
Willingness to learn current skills and adapt to different project requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.52-$25.00 per hour
