You will work closely with the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of M&A.; Your tasks will include identifying strategic targets, conducting valuations, and managing the due diligence process to support Dillon's expansion across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential acquisition targets through market research
Create financial models for target evaluation
Facilitate due diligence coordination with experts
Assist in drafting deal documents and memos
Play a key role in post-merger integration processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
2 to 5 years of experience in related fields
Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis
Robust organizational skills for multi-part processes
