Responsibilities
Support lead teachers by assisting with daily classroom activities, lessons, and routines
Engage students in educational activities, encouraging participation and positive behavior
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with disabilities or special needs
Help maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive classroom environment
Assist with basic instructional tasks such as math exercises or early childhood education activities
Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and staff to ensure smooth classroom operations




Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the teacher while adapting to the needs of individual students

Experience
Previous classroom experience or experience working with children is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents
Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to support instructional activities in subjects like math or literacy is desirable
Enthusiasm for working in educational settings and fostering a positive learning atmosphere
