We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skilled Laborer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a variety of construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to building durable structures, restoring existing facilities, and completing projects efficiently and effectively.

Duties
Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently
Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and pouring to create stable foundations and structures
Install drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, and other interior finishes with precision
Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and concrete work as needed
Conduct plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins or installations in compliance with codes
Apply caulking, painting, and restoration techniques to improve or refurbish structures




Measure materials for construction estimating purposes and ensure proper inventory management

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or related skilled trades with a strong understanding of building processes
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, carpentry, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and painting
Familiarity with construction procedures and safety protocols on-site
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
