Bow Ridge Steel Fabrication Ltd is a family run business established over 50 years ago. We specialize in custom steel fabrication catering to everything from the oil and gas sector to parade floats.

The plasma cutter operator will set up, program, and operate the plasma cutting machine to precisely slice through steel, and aluminum. They interpret blueprints, monitor cutting quality, and perform routine equipment maintenance in our facility.

The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer and data entry skills – experience with Excel is a must, basic AutoCAD or a willingness to learn.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders to determine dimensions and tolerances.
Physical strength to lift heavy boxes and stand for long periods




Forklift certification or ability to get certified
Motivated
Strong attention to detail
Works well in a team setting and independently
Organized and able to plan strategically and prioritize projects
Ability to create procedures to streamline workflows
Time management and scheduling
Adaptability and problem solving
Work ethic
Fit for duty
able to provide clean drivers abstract

Compensation:
Pay negotiable depending on experience
