Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced setting.

Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
Operate phone systems and handle inquiries with professionalism.
Provide support to other departments as needed, fostering a cooperative work environment.

Skills
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.




Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications for document creation and management.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Familiarity with proofreading techniques to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to operate various phone systems efficiently.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
