Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo. As a key player in our kitchen, you will craft authentic, delicious pizzas with precision and creativity. Duties
Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate pizza ovens efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection, ensuring optimal texture and flavor
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including food handling areas and equipment
Monitor food safety practices at all times, adhering to health regulations and sanitation procedures
Assist in food service by taking orders, serving pizzas, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Manage inventory levels for ingredients, notifying management of shortages or expired items




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders in a busy environment

Qualifications
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to pizza making
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, energetic attitude toward guests
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen experience involving food safety practices is highly desirable
Passion for culinary arts and creating high-quality dishes that excite customers
