Responsibilities
Assist in disassembly and inspection of equipment components as required.
Usage of specialized torquing tools - assembly & disassembly equipment -
Usage of technical measuring devices and recording of found data on multiple component internals.
Identify, assemble, and distribute ground engaging tools, undercarriage consumables and supplies.
Usage of NDT Hardware for crack checks - stress fracturing and premature metal fatigue.
Generate reports based on as found product and communicate to supervisor
Assembly of equipment components (cylinders)
Forklift operations as needed.
Overhead crane experience is preferred.

Qualifications




Experience in the Heavy Equipment & Mining maintenance sector would be considered an asset.
Ability to interpret OEM drawings for plumbing, pumps, motors, travel, and swing equipment (gearboxes and transmissions).
Forklift Operations Ticket is an asset.
Overhead Crane certificate is an asset.
Ability to use measuring tools: Micrometers / Industrial protractors / Calipers
Experience with equipment component rebuilding is preferred.Requirements
Ability to work locally
Ability to adhere and maintain drug & alcohol requirements.
Ability to lift 50LBS and utilize body position when required.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
