Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Shift Welder Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 12 hour shifts. This role involves performing various welding tasks primarily on weekends, supporting our production processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess robust mechanical skills, familiarity with welding techniques, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.

This position offers an excellent prospect for individuals with welding experience to contribute to high-quality fabrication and assembly projects.

Responsibilities
Perform Flux core & MIG on steel fabrications according to detailed blueprints and schematics
Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for assembly and fabrication tasks
Measure components accurately with calipers and other precision tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures




Support the setup and operation of machinery related to manufacturing processes

Skills
Proficiency in MIG welding techniques with demonstrated experience in welding applications
Mechanical knowledge of machinery, tools, and fabrication processes
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Competence in using calipers, hand tools, power tools, and other measuring instruments
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks
Knowledge of manufacturing standards related to ductwork, construction, or industrial fabrication
Strong understanding of safety practices within a manufacturing or construction setting

This position is ideal for skilled welders looking to work on weekends in a dynamic setting that values craftsmanship, safety, and precision. Pay: $42.00-$47.00 per hour
