We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll help guide customers through the service process, keep them informed, and make sure every visit is handled professionally from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Welcome customers in person and over the phone
Schedule service appointments and document customer concerns
Prepare estimates and clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Review completed work and invoices with customers
Work closely with technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently
Respond to customer questions and concerns with a solution-focused approach
Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
Promote recommended maintenance and available dealership programs
Help maintain a clean, organized, and team-oriented workplace

What We’re Looking For




Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace
Basic automotive knowledge
Confidence using computers and dealership software
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
A valid driver’s licence
The ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role is an asset, but not required
