Key Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates for civil construction including earthworks
Evaluate drawings and project requirements thoroughly
Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing development
Identify risks and cost-saving prospects
Maintain bid documentation and support information accurately

Requirements:
3 to 5 years of estimating experience in civil projects
Solid understanding of underground utilities
Experience with Heavy Bid and AGTEK preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
Strong attention to detail with communication skills
