Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and accurately record all deliveries using warehouse management systems such as MRPs
Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products according to project needs, ensuring proper packaging standards.
Operate forklifts safely to load and unload trucks, move inventory within the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and updates in warehouse distribution systems.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency during shipping and receiving tasks.





Qualifications
Proven warehouse experience with a solid understanding of shipping & receiving procedures.
Valid forklift certification is not required but an asset
Familiarity with warehouse management systems , MRP software, is an asset
Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately.
Strong attention to detail combined with good communication skills to ensure accurate load & unload operations.
