We are looking for a part- time person with a positive attitude who has good customer service skills and experience working in pharmacy. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications and maintaining patient records. This would be for about 25 hours a week ( three days example: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) Would be versatile to cover for other employee's vacation days and sick days) This Job would allow for the opportunity to be turned into full time.

Daily Tasks
Greet & Serve every patient that comes into the pharmacy, answering any simple questions about the prescriptions & payments.
Preparing prescriptions to be filled via Propel software
Processing, adjudicating, dispensing, and filling prescriptions
Gathering patient information such as insurance etc. quickly and efficiently
Blister packaging assembly
Answering phones
Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
Cashing people out and maintaining the till.
Basic math skills.




Help customers find non-prescription items
Provide patients with non-drug product information
Maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage changing priorities
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.50 per hour
