We’re looking to bring a Sheet Metal Apprentice onto our team—someone who’s eager to learn, works hard, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. If you're starting out in the trade and want real experience in a busy, skilled shop, this is a great chance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping with the cutting, shaping, and assembly of sheet metal parts
Learning how to operate tools and machines like press brakes, CNC equipment, and lathes
Assisting in the setup and programming of CNC machines
Supporting quality checks to make sure all parts meet spec
Moving and organizing materials
Keeping the shop clean, secure, and running smoothly
Working with experienced tradespeople and picking up skills along the way
What We’re Looking For:
A good attitude and willingness to learn
Basic mechanical skills and some familiarity with tools or fabrication is a bonus
Able to follow instructions and take initiative when needed
Safety-focused and dependable
Forklift or crane experience is helpful but not required
Interested in growing your skills and sticking with the trade long term
