Test Centre Supervisor – High-Stakes Tests

We are seeking a energetic, energetic and reliable Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our test centre. You will supervise test-day activities, support staff, ensure excellent candidate service, and maintain the highest standards of test security and compliance.

Responsibilities
Supervise high-stakes examinations.
Lead, train and support test centre staff.
Ensure all testing procedures, security and confidentiality requirements are followed.
Coordinate staff and test-room activities to ensure smooth operations.
Verify candidate identification and provide clear test-day instructions.
Handle candidate inquiries and test-day issues professionally.
Complete required administrative records and incident reports.
Ensure testing rooms and equipment are properly prepared.
Maintain a qualified,



secure and welcoming testing environment.

Requirements
Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Strong computer and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
High-stakes testing experience is an asset; training provided.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
Adaptable availability, including weekends.
Access to a vehicle and a valid full driver's licence are an asset.

Job Type: Full-time Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Pay: $16.00-$19.37 per hour
