We are a 30+ year old national janitorial company with an outstanding reputation, seeking a Client Liaison Manager to further expand our business in the Lower Mainland area.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct day-to-day outside sales via face-to-face interactions with potential clients.
Developing current business leads via in-person and cold calling.
Follow up on leads and identify potential prospects.
Maintain proper internal/external documentation and communications throughout the sales process.
Offer professional, effective and effective solutions for customer inquiries and concerns.
Provide guidance on price competitiveness.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Experience in outside sales required.
Experience in the service industry is helpful, but not a must.
Good written and spoken English
A self-starter and work efficiently.
Must be able to develop your own leads

Please note this is not a work from home position. Our office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
